Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Although Porter James Sports endeavours to despatch in stock items within 24 hours, we may take up to 3 working days.

 

Domestic orders - New Zealand
All domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of despatch, however please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within 7 working days please contact support@porterjamessports.com and we'll aim to resolve your issue urgently.


International orders - Rest of the World
All international orders are sent via DHL Express and we expect delivery within 2-10 working days from the time of despatch. If your order does not arrive within 10 working days please contact support@porterjamessports.com and we'll aim to resolve your issue urgently.

 
Packaging
All garments are sent using home-compostable, biodegradable poly bags and courier mailers. We are proud to partner with One Sustainable Planet ensuring all of our packaging is made from plants not plastic.

 

 

RETURNS

Only full priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. All sale items are final.

 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-5 working days.
